- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13 with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The FISC Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex requests responses from qualified sources WHO MUST BE CAPABLE OF PROVIDING THE FOLLOWING BY 27 SEPTEMBER 2004: Video Projector and Lens; CLIN 0001 Qty 1 each. Ordering Data: Video Projector and Lens ? LCD type, 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) native resolution, >2000 Lumens, >1500 hour lamp life, capable of 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratios, accepts RGBHV inputs on five (5) BNC connectors, digital keystone correction, remote control for power, zoom, focus, lens shift, and screen calibration, quiet operation (<40dbA), designed for fixed installation (ceiling mount), remote control, 120 volts AC, accepts RGBHV, NTSC, HDTV (1080I), DVD (component) video inputs, supports 120 inch diagonal picture size (4:3 aspect) or 147 inch diagonal (16:9 aspect), includes ceiling mounting brackets and hardware, installation service, minimum 2 year warranty parts and labor, technical support. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The applicable quotation number is N00181-04-Q-0658 and the NAICS classification is 333315. The small business size standard is 500 employees. FOB is destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Attn: Receiving Officer, Bldg. 276 Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. Inspection and acceptance is at destination. The following provisions/clauses are applicable: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-2 Evaluation--Commercial Items (price and past performance are equally important in evaluation), 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 (incorporating (11), (12), (13), (14), (15), and (16). ADDENDA: DFAR 252.212-7000, 252.212-7001 incorporating 252.225-7001, DFAR 252.204-7004. Contractors are required to be registered in the CCR (Central Contractor Registration). Lack of registration in the CCR shall make an offeror INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. All responses MUST include a completed copy of the certifications and representations set forth in FAR 52.212-3 and DFAR 252.212-7000 Parties responding to the Request for Quotation may submit their quote in accordance with their standard commercial practices (e.g.; company letterhead, quote form, etc.) but must include the following: (1) complete mailing/remittance address(es); (2) prompt payment discount (if applicable); (3) delivery schedule (WHICH MUST BE 9/29/04 OR BEFORE); (4) taxpayer (TIN) ID#; and (5) all completed certifications as required herein. All responses must be received by 14 September 2004, 11:00 A.M. local time and shall reference the Request for quote number N00181-04-Q-0658.
