- This amendment is issued to make changes to the Description and to change the solicitatin number to read N61128-04-Q-0155 (vice N61755-04-Q-0155). Description: COMNAVMARIANAS, Port Control and office areas at NAVBASE Port Operations Guam has a requirement for installation of integrated access control system and additional wireless outdoor camera. Requirements include establishing method for positive visual identification, equip entrances with GSA approved electro-mechanical lock and install devices which will afford personnel outside the space to notify personnel inside their desire to enter (i.e. telephone, intercom). Supply and install Door Access Control System for Port Control, Area Training. Install an outdoor wireless camera provided by the customer (Government) at the Fuel Farm that will be integrated to the exisiting system, consisting of a video monitor, digital recorder with 6 camera input and two connected cameras. To include the following items: A. Supply and install Integrated Door Access Control System: (1) 1 ea. Mininum of 6 Reader Access Control Panel with backup power supply. (2) 1 ea. System application software if necessary. (3) 3 ea. Card Swipe and keypad reader (CAC card capable). (4) 3 ea. Electric Door Strikes. (5) 50 ea. Access cards. (6) 1 ea. Heavy duty backup power supply. (7) 1 ea. 12 volt, 38 amp rechargeable battery with cabinet/housing. (8) 3 ea. Surface mount magnetic switch for status. (9) Professional installation to include wire, cable, misc. fittings, system programing, testing, and customer training. (10) 1 ea. Magnetic stripe card encoder (capable of encoding CAC cards). B. Install an outdoor wireless camera provided by the customer (Government) at the Fuel Farm, that will be integrated to the existing system, consisting of a video monitor, digital recorder with 6 camera input and two connected cameras. The new outdoor/wireless camera to be installed will use Security Department?s transmitter/repeater if needed. (1) 1 ea. Wireless transmitter and receiver capable of 5 miles range with compact design for maximum wind resistance. (2) 1 ea. One camera controller for secondary controls of Delta Echo Pier Camera. WARRANTY: Provide a one-year full warranty on parts, and 90 days on labor. Any parts of the equipment or system which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within 12 months of the date of completion of installation will be repaired or replaces at no charge to the subscriber during normal working hours. Work must be completed 45 days after award of contract. The proposed procurement is 100% small business set aside. Solicitation document will be available on 11 September 2004.
