- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 7 (Alaska) intends to award a sole source procurement to Telonics Inc., for the following: A. Eight (8) Model ST-20 A3310 Collars for Caribou. These transmitters shall meet the following specifications: 1. Model ST-20 A3310 with collar release and mortality sensor. 2. Weight of 1150 grams (or less). 3. Cr-2 break-away device for use on adult caribou. B. Refurbish Fifty-six (56) conventionalVHF Radio-Telemetry Collars for Reindeer/Caribou/Moose Study. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and the government does not intend to accept proposals reveived. Award will be made 9 days after publication of this notice. See Numbered note 22.
