- Madigan Army Medical Center intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price requirements contract for Site Licenses to perform ophthalmic laser surgery in the amount of $275,000 for the base year. The contract will be awarded with one base year p lus four option years for a total contract value of $1,375,000. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response received to this notice is solely within t he discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
