Description

Contractor shall provide the following reagents on a defined monthly schedule: Microscan Negative Combo Panel Type 30; Prompt-Inoculator D; Inoculator D Seed Tray for Prompt System 240; Mineral Oil 60 ml; 40% Potassium Hydroxid (KOH) (VP1) 30 ml; Al pha-Napthol 5% (VP2) 30 ml; Kovaks Reagent; 10% Ferric Chloride 30 ml; 0.8% Sulfanilic Acid (NIT A) 30 ml; N/N-Demethyl-Alpha-Maphthylamine (NIT B) 30 ml. FOB is Destination  Fort Sam Houston, TX. Contract period will be 1 October 2004 through 30 Septe mber 2005. This acquisition will be processed under the commercial item procedures of FAR Part 12. This procurement is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. Request for Quote will be issued on or about 13 September 2004 and will be available for downloading through Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) Acquisition Business Website . Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests or fax requests for this solicitation will not be a ccepted. Award will be made on or about 24 September 2004.
