Description

1. The Scope of Work consists of placing riprap and turf slope protection along approximately 800 LF of shoreline in C Campground and the Day Use Area of Occoneechee State Park. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The p lans and specifications will be available on or about 13 October 2004. 2. AVAILABILITY AND CHARGE: THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE ON A CD-ROM DISK, WILL BE PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, AND SHOULD NOT BE RETURNED. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed-paper hard copy form. Amendments will be made thr ough either a 3.5 Diskette, CD-ROM disk, or by a printed-paper hard copy. The CD-ROM disk contains a simple windows viewing application and two (2) commercial software applications. All applications contained on the CD-ROM disk can be run from the CD-RO M disk. No installation is required. The recommended minimum hardware requirements are (1) 486/66 personal computer: (2) 8 or 16 M RAM: (3) CD-ROM drive; and (4) a Windows driven printer. The recommended minimum software requirement is Microsoft Windows 3.1, Windows 95 or Windows NT. Bids shall be submitted in a paper medium (Standard Form 1442, Solicitation Contract Form, bid bonds, and other documents required by the solicitation for bid submittal).
