- The U. S. Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) intends to issue a Modification to Order W56HZV-04-P-L614 increasing it by $35,624.24 to Specialty Systems, Inc. in order to continue the Migration Services for upgrade the USAPC office wit h Oracle 10g/Windows 2003 Servers plus the addition of 372 manhours to the Order required by Specialty Systems to perform the application upgrand and for the servers to be configured. The work in more detail is the Migration of Army Petroleum Centers (APC ) current Client-Server Based to a Web Based environment specifically the Oracle 10G environment. APC will obtain the required Oracle 10g software licenses. This migration shall take all the existing Oracle Forms, Reports and SQL scripts and convert them into web based forms and web reports. The advantages of this solution include: no reliance on client side functionality, and the final APC migration will be a true web based environment.
