Required d elivery with First Article Testing is 66 each 270 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required delivery with Alternate II Clause is 66 each 225 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 66 each 180 DACA. This item is restricted to R. E. Dye Manufacturing Corp., CAGE Code: 95737 and Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., CAGE Code: 97499 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capabil ity, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requiremen ts in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing th e website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation Requirments. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
