Description
U.S. Army TACOM-Picatinny Family Advocacy Program Manager The U.S. Army TACOM-Picatinny intends to award, as a small business set-aside, the commercial services contract for Family Advocacy Program Manager (FAPM) and Exceptional Family Member Program Manager (EFMP), dual efforts of one contracted individual. All offerors must: 1) submit certification of small business status, and 2) be registered with Central Contracting Registration (CCR). In keeping with current Federal guidelines directing resource economy to privatize the role and responsibilities of the FAPM and EFMP. A minimum of a Masters degree is required in one of the following fields: Social Work, Psychology, Marriage, Family and Child Counseling, Public Administration or Public Health with a minimum of five (5) years of postgraduate experience in community Organization or Management and a minimum of two (2) years of Domestic Violence experience. The role of the contractor, FAPM & EFMP, is to be fulfilled by one individual as an element of the Army Community Service (ACS). The tasks to be accomplished are to establish/maintain the required linkages to support the FAP Program using the structures required by AR 608-1 and 608-18, and the EFMP using the structures required by AR 608-1 and AR 608-75. (Also, see SOW in the RFP). The ACS office is open Monday ? Friday from 0730 ? 1600 hours. The Contractor shall be on site 1,300 hours during the course of the one-year contract. The hours are to be distributed to provide program services each month over the twelve-month period. On site is defined as being on duty but not limited to being on the premises. Schedule will be flexible, either days or evenings, to provide prevention and education programs to clients in order to complete the requirements of this contract. The contractor will be required to provide a private home phone number to accept call for emergency telephone consultation off hours. The contractor position requires a National Agency check covering a public trust position. See Note 1 THIS NOTICE IS NOT A SOLICITATION AND DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION, NNOR WILL THE GOVERNMENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY COST INVOLVED FOR SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE.
