- Diesel On-Site Mobile Air/Nitrogen Generator and Nitrogen Charging Station 9 September 2004 W91ZRS-04-T-0003 The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to negotiate a sole source contract with CV International for the procur ement of a MANCS-1D. In the absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded to CV International under the Other than Full and Open Competition procedures, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 and FAR 6.302-1: Only one responsible source. All qualified so urces must submit a written quote in response to this notice, not later than 2 PM EST. 21 September 2004. Delivery will be to Windsor Locks, CT 06096. Failure to include detailed specifications with your quote will render your offer non-responsive, this office will not contact you for this information.
