Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for one each Spectrum Analyzer, Model 8562CHR#5017, and one each Spectrum Analyzer, Model E4407S-E57. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 334515 with a size standard of 500 employees. Your price shall be FOB destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be destination. We prefer to make payment by VISA credit card. If you do not accept VISA, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration http://www.ccr.gov. Award shall be made to the technically acceptable, low price proposal. From the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52,212-3, FAR 52,212-4, 52,212-5, FAR 52,219-21, FAR 52 , 222.35, FAR 52,222-36, FAR 52,232.33, FAR 52,232-36, DFARS 252,225-7001.
