- The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote W91248-04-Q-0100. The NAICS code is 611699 and the small business size standard is $6 million. Solicitation is unrestricted. Motorcycle Basic Riders Course to be conducted from 1 October 2004 30 September 2005, at Ft. Campbell, KY, Twelve month Base and Two Twelve Month Options. The training shall be conducted IAW Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) guidelines. Training shall be conducted for an estimated 500 soldiers each year with 400 spaces a llocated for soldiers who have their own motorcycle and 100 spaces allocated for soldiers who do not own motorcycles with the vendor to provide motorcycles and safety equipment for training. Senior instructor must be a MSF Certified Rider Coach Trainer. All Rider Coaches conducting training must be certified by MSF. Contractor will be responsible for maintaining training range markings and boundaries located on Ft. Campbell, KY.
