- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quo tes are requested; however, a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W911S8-04-T-0068 is applicable and is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federa l Acquisition Circular 2001-15. The requirement is small business set-aside with a NAICS Code of 423690 , and size standard of 100 employees . The description of these commercial items is as follows: CLIN 0001: 1 each- NEC 4200LUM XGA Projector 1024x768 resolution or equivalent; CLIN 0002: 1 each- NEC Projector Lamp or equivalent; CLIN 0003: 1 each- CHI Projector Mount or equivalent; CLIN 0004: 1 each- CHI Ceiling Plate or equivalent; CLIN 0005: 1 each- CHI Projector Mounting Pole or equivalent; CLIN 000 6: 1 each- EXT Crosspoint Matrix or equivalent; CLIN 0007: 3 each- EXT P2DA2 or equivalent; CLIN 0008: 1 each- NEC 50 Plasma 1365x768 resolution 16x9 aspect ration or equivalent; CLIN 0009: 1 each- CHI Plasma Wall Mount or equivalent; CLIN 0010: 1 each- C RO Power AMP or equivalent; CLIN 0011: 8 each KLI Speakers 6 Ceiling White or equivalent; CLIN 0012: 1 each- JVC VCR or equivalent; CLIN 0013: 1 each- JVC DVD Player or equivalent; CLIN 0014: 1 each- MID 2- Space Rack Clamp or equivalent; CLIN 0015: 1 eac h- MID 3RU Clamping Rack Shelf or equivalent; CLIN 0016: 1 each- AMX 3 Channel Volume Control or equivalent; CLIN 0017: 1 each- MID Equipment Rack or equivalent; CLIN 0018: 1 each- MID Vented Front Door or equivalent; CLIN 0019: 1 each - MID 9 Rack Mount P ower Supply or equivalent; CLIN 0020: 1 each- MID Medium 10 Outlet Power Strip or Equivalent; CLIN 0021: 1 each- Modero Control Kit with 7.5 color touch sensitive wireless control panel or equivalent; CLIN 0022: 1 each- Installation of all equipment to en sure complete system integrity. The design will be developed and documented detailing system block diagram, wire plan, and rack elevation. Manufacturer manuals will be organized and provided, as will custom manuals that describe the basic operation for s ystem components. The touch panels developed for the control system will be programmed and designed with customer approval. Training will be provided to conference room operating staff so that staff will be able to use the new audio-visual systems. Vendo rs shall email technical inquiries to Mark A. Quotes will be evaluated on a l owest cost, technically acceptable basis. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. An addendum to this provision is applicable in which the term offeror, wherever it appears, shall be replaced by the term quoter. Quoters are required to submit completed copies of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, and DFAR 252.212-7000, Offerer Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their quo tes. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, applies to this acquisition and does not include any addenda. FAR clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this a cquisition. The following clauses within 52.212-5(b) are applicable to this acquisition: 52.203-6, 52.219-8, 52.219-14, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, and 52.232-33.The following clauses within DFARS clause 252.212-7001(b) are applicable to this acquisition: 52.203-3, 252.225-7001, 252.225-7012, 252.225-7021, 252.243-7002, 252.247-7023, and 252.247-7024 are also applicable.
