- This is prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This information request and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-24. This request is being issued as a Request for Information (RFI) for FY-End planning purpose. Government funds are currently not available, however, once funds become available, information submitted with response to this RFI will be used for an award determination. Submit only written information for RFI FA5205-04-I-AU12. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. NAICS code 423910 applies to this solicitation, and the size standard is 100 employees. This RFI contains 29 line items, and will be awarded on an "ALL or NONE" basis. The item descriptions are available in attached RFI. All information is due to the 35th Contracting Squadron/LGCB, Misawa AB, Japan, no later than 15 SEP 04, 1300 Japanese Standard Time. E-mail or Fax transmission of Offeror's submission is allowed, however, offerors are reminded that E-mail or Fax transmission of submission after the closing date and time will not constitute a timely submission of submission unless it is received by the Government prior to the closing date and time (ref.
