- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA2543-05-T-0002 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This procurement is being issued as 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24, DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20040625. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 713940 with a small business size standard of $6,000,000. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) under FAR Part 13. All responsible small business sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. Offers are due no later than 3:00 PM MST, 16 September 2004 at 460 CONS/LGCB, Attn: John L.
