- Original synopsis was posted 07 Oct 2003 for Interim Contractor Support (ICS) repair of the AN/ASN-167(V) Ground Collision Avoidance System (GCAS) Ground Collision Avoidance Computer (GCAC). The purpose of this amended synopsis is to change the estimated response date to 15 Oct 04 and the estimated award date to 29 Oct 04. In addition, the option years have changed from one year to four years. This is a firm fixed price sole source requirements contract to Honeywell International Inc, located in Renton WA, CAGE code: 1W4T8 and is contemplated for a basic and four option years. Four line items: Line item 0001 is 12 man months Administrative, Planning and Management Services; Line item 0002 Repair Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) 100 each; Line item 0003 RETOK BEQ 100 each; Line item 0004 Data. Government?s required delivery is 30 days on the repair. Authority: 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Justification: Supplies or services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The government does not have the data to support a competitive data package. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.
