- Please ensure to review Amendment 0001 to this solicitation and acknowledge it in Block 19 of the Standard Form 1442 in the solicitation document. The solicitation document along with all attachments are uploaded to PIXS for your consideration. The bid opening date is 20 Sep 2004 at 1:00 P.M. Bid opening will take place in Bldg 1, Rm 101 in the conference room, Area C, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Project Number: 04-1002 Project Title: On-Call Maintain, Repair, and Replace Fence and Gates The scope of this project consists of providing all labor, material, equipment, appliances, and devices and performing all removals and miscellaneous work; and performing all operations necessary or required to Maintain, Repair, and Replace Fence and Gates on and sround Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. All work shall be performed in accordance with the project specifications and drawings. The scope also includes tree clearing, cutting and chipping of trees and stump removal. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with all applicable Air Force and OSHA regulations, directives, and guidance. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Period of Performance is 365 calendar days, with two Option Periods. This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program Act of 1988, Public Law 100-656 (15 U.S.C. 644 note). You may however, download the solicitation from the World Wide Web. 3. There is no fee for this solicitation. 4. There are approximately 43 pages of the solicitation, 48 pages of specifications, and 2 sheets of drawings. 5. A hard copy of the solicitation will be available for review at Dayton Builders Exchange, Minority Contractor Business Assistance Program, and F. W. Dodge Division. 6. A registration page will be attached to the web site. You are not required to register. However, when you register you will receive notice of any amendments and/or addendums. If you have not registered, it will be your responsibility to check the web site for any changes to the solicitation. 7. This will be a sealed bid acquisition with a specified bid opening time, late proposal will be considered non-responsive. Therefore, you shall provide a signed copy of the SF 1442 at the time and place specified in the solicitation to be considered for award. 8. Contractors that are Debarred, Suspended, or Proposed for Debarment are excluded from receiving contracts. Agencies also shall not consent to sub- contract with these contractors. Bids prepared by Debarred, Suspened, or otherwise ineligible contractors are at the risk and expense of the contractor.
