Description
Sources are sought to provide engineering and technical services in accordance to the following information: The Air Armament Center/96 CEG/CER, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida is seeking sources for one year support for the migration from an existing Maximo Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to a new AF system. The Reference Number is FQ4CE4211. This requirement requires qualified specific experience and knowledge of the current CMMS implementation at Eglin AFB. Also, the contractor must have in-depth knowledge of internal report migration requirements. The Technical consultants must at minimum meet the below criteria: Requirements for a Senior Consultant for Maximo CMMS Support: Analysis and development of (Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). On-site implementation of a computerized maintenance system and related user training. Duties includes the assessment necessary to plan and design the maitenance management sytem to meet the client?s requirements. The technician directs and perform extensive customization and applications interface programming on required hardware and software platforms, as needed, to provide integrated CMMS application modules. The consultant is knowledgeable in all aspects of maintenance operations including workflow, material management, purchasing, inventory, and warehouse operations. In addition, in-depth understanding of equipment assemply structure design, numbering schemes, and analysis is required. Must have experience with personal computers, SQL databases and LAN technology as required to develop modem business method, identify best practices, and create an assess performance measurement. Works with minimal supervision. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor?s Degree form an accredited college or university and a minimum of 5 years field consulting experience with minimum of 2 year in CMMS . 2. Technical experience on applications development, systems analysis, database development, training, and deployment of CMMS system OR 1. Master?s degree with a minimum of 3 year field consulting experience with a minimum of 1 year in CMMS field experience. Requirements for a System Analyist Level III for Group Metrics Generation: The Systems Analyst II has a through technical knowledge of sofware development methodologies, design and implementation. The system analyst must have experience developming and deploying applications in client/server or web environment. The system analyst is capable of defining user?s requirements, produce specifications, deliver products on time with excellent quality. Specific skills to include Microsoft Office application development and programming for Outlook, excel, Access, and Powerpoint. Deep understanding of business management application for financial, human resources, and managemnet reporting. Qualifications: a Bachelor?s degree from an accredite college or university and a min. of 1 year experience in business applications and applications development. OR An associate?s degree and 4 years exp. in business applications and applications development OR 10 or more years experience in business applications and applications development. The estimated labor hours are 420 per year for the Senior Consultant and 1000 per year for the System Analyst Level III. The government intends to make a single award depending on funds availability. At this time, funds are not available and are contemplated pending of appropriation for Fiscal year 2005. This requirement can be 100% Small Business Set-aside if enough qualified small business sources are available. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 541512 with 21 million dollars size standard.
