Description

THIS SOLICITATION IS BEING ISSUED SUBJECT TO THE AVAILIBILITY OF FUNDS AT THIS TIME, AS FUNDS HAVE NOT BEEN APPROPRIATED FOR THIS PROJECT. Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, other items and service necessary to replace dorm room carpet in bldg 726 on Sheppard Air Force Base as required in accordance with the statement of work. This acquisition is set aside for small business. Any subsequent amendments will be posted through the Electronic Posting System (http://www.eps.gov). Paper copies will not be provided. Contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the Internet and obtaining the solicitation/amendments and downloading them for their files. Registration for the solicitation is requested once it is posted since this will be the only source of information available from which to compile a source list of interested offerors. Information can be faxed to (940) 676-3784 or E-mailed to Marissa Pagoaga at marissa.pagoaga@sheppard.af.mil. The following information is requested: Company name, address, telephone and fax numbers, E-mail address, business size, type, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, DUNS number and Tax ID number. Interested offerors must ensure they are registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive award of contract. CCR registration can be accomplished by calling (888) 227-2424 or by accessing the CCR website at www.ccr.gov. Anticipated solicitation issue date is 10 Sep 04.
