- Description
- Contractor to provide elevator maintenance and emergency service for the VA Black Hills Health Care System with facilities located at Hot Springs and Fort Meade, SD. Contract will be for a base year with four additional option years. Contract will be a performance based contract. Services will be required at both Hot Springs and Fort Meade. Elevators are passenger, freight and dumbwaiters. Contractor must have a minimum of three available mechanics working on established routes and residing within 250 miles of Rapid City, SD. All requests for the solicitation package must be in writing addressed to the Contracting Officer (FIN 20), 500 North 5th Street, Hot Springs, SD 57747. You may also FAX your requests to 605-745-2092. This procurement is issued as unrestricted to business size, but is restricted to those firms having an FSS Contract. NAICS code 238290 applies to this procurement. Subject to the availability of funds.
