- Description
- NRCS intends to award a fixed-price contract for construction and vegetation of earthen terraces in Cameron Parish, Louisiana. Work to include construction of approximately 171,000 L.F. of earthen terraces, placement of approximately 11,500 tons of rock riprap, and furnishing and planting 142,500 smooth cord grass plugs on the newly constructed terraces. Performance period is 135 calendar days. IFB will be issued approximately 15 days from the date of this notice. All planting will be accomplished between May 1, 2005 and September 15, 2005. Price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All responsible offers will be considered by the agency.
