Description: The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection Quarantine (PPQ), National Monitoring & Residue Analysis Laboratory (NMRAL) located in Gulfport, MS has the need for Armed Guard Services beginning FY-05 with two one year option periods. Guard services are required 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. A commercial item contract will be awarded to the Contractor who provides the best value to the Government. Note 1 applies.
