- Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation for NSN 4010-01-250-5428, RE0416900100000, Chain Assembly, I/A/W Oshkosh Truck Corp. P/N 1531140, Cage Code 45152. This is a commercial item. Defense Supply Center Richmond does not have an approved Technical Data Package (TDP) for this NSN. This procurement is solicited as Unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. Solicitation is issued to result in a LTC with one base year and four option periods. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. QAP 251 applies. Requested delivery is 60 days ARO for the first shipment and 30 days ARO for each subsequent shipment. This solicitation will be made available for issue on or about September 24, 2004 and will close October 25, 2004. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
