- SP0410-04-Q-0087, Construction-Carpet Installation is to be provided for the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) Richmond, Virginia. Contractor is to replace approximately 1931 square yards of existing broadloom carpet with new modular carpet tiles. Work involves complete demolition of existing carpet, proper disposal off government property, cleaning and preparation of substrate, and elevating existing systems furniture in place for carpet installation access. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation is expected to result in a firm fixed price contract. The anticipated solicitation issue date is 09/10/04. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFQ.
