Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the government. FOB is destination/origin, Inspection/Acceptance is Origin. Unrestricted with other than full and open competition; Configuration Control applies, Critical Application Item. Firm Fixed Price Contract for a quantity of 666 each with a 100% quantity option. First Article Testing applies. Automated Best Value Model ? the final evaluation factors as described in the solicitation; production quantity delivery schedule is 90 days ARO.
