- 2 NSN'S 5996-00-556-7708 and 5996-00-880-3563. Amplifer, Audio Frequency. This acqusition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved source Andrea Systems (03487) PN's A61-8, A81-51 and A81-86. This is an unrestricted procurement. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See note 26. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 3 years. Copies of this solicitation will be available on the DSCC website after the issue date. Hard copies are not available. While price may be a significant factor in the evalaution of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performane and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
