- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation # DHQCSD05MPD0119. This solicitation is a Request For Quote (RFQ). (iii) The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-24 and Defense Change Notice 20040625. (iv) The resultant sole-source contract will be 100% set aside for a small business. Vanguard Integrity Professionals, Inc. owns all proprietary rights to the software's source code and is the only known source for maintenance. NAICS 541519, other Computer Related Services. Size Standard is $21M average annual receipts over past three years. (v)(vi) CLIN 0001: Renewals, upgrades, enhancement and technical support for eleven CPU Vanguard RACF Administrator (VRA) license (location: 2 Columbus OH, 6 Mechanicsburg Pa, and 2 Ogden UT) and Vanguard Advisor Reporter/VSR (location: 6 Mechanicsburg PA, and 1 Ogden UT. (vii) Period of Performance: 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2005. Delivery is to DISA SSO - Mechanicsburg CDTP, Attn: Cathy Gilbert, 5450 Carlisle Pike, Bldg. 409, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. (viii) FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Item, applies to this acquisition. (ix) FAR 52.212-2 does not apply to this sole source acquisition. (x) Quotes shall include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Item; DFARS 252.212-7000(b), Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Item.
