- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response date. If any quotes were e-mailed on 8 September 2004, due to system outage quotes may not have been received. Please resubmit by fax at 808-473-2522 no later than 10 September 2004, 11:00 A.M. Hawaii Standard Time.
