Subject item has two approved sources: Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., CAGE 81755, P/N 16ve002005-3; and Simmonds Precision Aircraft Systems, CAGE 89305, P/N 472465-028. RFP #: SP0440-04-R-5247. Contracting Officer: Mike Colesar, 804-279-4491. Issue Date: September 16, 2004, Closing Date: November 16, 2004. Subject item is non-commercial. Subject item is unrestricted. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Origin, Inspection/acceptance at Origin, 153 days ARO. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a Base Year and four Option Years. The RFP estimated annual demand for the base year is 45 each. The estimated annual demand for each option year is 24 each. Surge and Sustainment is not required in this solicitation. A Technical Data Package is not available for this NSN and requestors should not submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
