- The Department of the Navy, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS), Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Bremerton, WA intends to procure a Firm-Fixed Price Supply contract for 1-each, Rotary Draw Bender. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 332999, with a small business size standard of 500. Interested parties, please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. Required delivery date is 30 October 2004, FOB Destination PSNS Bremerton WA. Solicitation and any subsequent amendments for this requirement will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Electronic submission of quotes is available through the NECO website. All responsible sources as described in the NAICS business size standard may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by FISCPS. This requirement will be solicited utilizing the commercial, simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5. Award under this procurement will be made to the low-priced technically acceptable offer. Vendors must be approved and registered in central Contractor Registration http://www.ccr.gov before award can be made.
