- Privately developed Pet Kennel opportunity at Fort Lewis, WA through a public private venture. The purpose of the solicitation will be to select a development partner to finance, design, construct, operate and maintain the facility. This opportunity provides an excellent business and investment prospect for a private firm to provide services directly to the military market on Fort Lewis.
