- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Maine Army National Guard is interested in purchasing six (6) Dry Frieght Containers. Dimentions as follows: 20'L x 8' W x 8'6 inch H, It must have full 2 doors on one end, made of ste el and must be ISO Certified and have CSC Certification plate attached.
