Description

The 354th Contracting Squadron intends to proceed to award a sole source acquisition to Alascom, Inc. The requirement is to provide Ground Floor Rack Space for USAF at Pedro Dome & Beaver Creek, AK. This requirement is proprietary in nature. The forthcoming RFP document, Reference No: FA5004-04-T-R032, and all incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation Circular 2001-06. This acquisition has a NAICS code of 561210, SIC of 8744, Employee Standard/Size Standard of $30M, and FSC of X119. Contractor must also be CCR registered to receive the aforementioned award. Commercial practices still apply. The expected Period of Performance will be from 1 October 2004 thru 30 September 2005. This Special Notice is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation documents issued for the proposed action. Interested parties may identify their interest and respond to the Special Notice. The government will consider all expressions of interest received within ten days (10) after date of publication of this Special Notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
