Description

This is not a request for proposals. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Austin Automation Center (AAC), Austin, TX intends to negotiate sole source with Compuware Corp. for continued annual software maintenance support for their proprietary software products, AbendAid and FileAid. The period of performance is FY 2005 (10/1/04 through 9/30/05). Software maintenance includes providing updates, releases and reasonable technical support. The award will be made as a commercial acquisition under FAR Part 12 using FAR 13.106-1(b).
