- THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY'S NATIONAL ENERGY TECHNOLOGY LABORATORY (NETL) in Morgantown, WV, is publishing this synopsis/non-competitive solicitation with Aspen Technology, Inc. in accordance with FAR 5.203 (publicizing contract actions) and FAR 13.105. (simiplified acquisitions) and FAR 12.603 (solicitation for commercial item) for the purchase of 1 stand-alone seat of CMG annual lease including acess to STARS, GEMS or IMEX(one simulator at a time), plus access to BUILDER and RESULTS, for windows 2K/XP OS, includes technical support and software upgrades for 1 year.
