- Description
- Valve Assembly, Motor Delay, NSN 4820-01-060-5926, FPC04204000644, P/N 16VP100-23, P/N 5005031. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Other than full and open competition applies. Total PR quantity is 88 each, with a 100% option (See Clause I17D01). Material will be shipped to Hill AFB, UT (19 each), New Cumberland, PA (34 each) and Tracy, CA (35 each). The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 20 Sept 2004 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. Delivery requested is 365 days. FOB destination, inspection and acceptance will be at destination. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data, therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources are: Lockheed Martin Corporation and Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
