THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT, AMENDMENT NUMBER TWO, TO W914NS-04-Q-0218 IS TO EXTEND THE DUE DATE OF THE QUOTE AND PROVIDE FURTHER technical INFORMATION REGARDING Drawings. 1. The due date of the quote is changed to 14 September 2004. 2. The Track Maintenance hardware is for CRANE RAILS. 3. The Government has been provided drawings from the Iraqi Republic Railway. These drawings will not be posted. These drawings will be sent via e-mail to any interested party upon their request. The quote is due at 1700 hours, Baghdad time, on 14 September 2004.
