Description

Solicitation Number: N00421-04-R-0092. THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Naval Air Systems Command Aircraft Division (NAVAIR AD), Patuxent River, Maryland intends to contract with The Avraham Y. Goldratt Institute, A Limited Partnership (AGI), 442 Orange Street, New Haven CT 06511-6210, on a sole source basis. The contract will be for the procurement of Theory of Constraints (TOC) training, JONAH certification, and implementation support at a Naval Aviation Enterprise Level, to include Organizational (O), Intermediate (I), and Depot (D) Level Maintenance and the Supply System, as well as the associated interfaces. AGI is the only known responsible source for TOC training certification (including JonahSM, MARKET DEMAND-PULLSM and TOC Project Management) and associated implementation support.
