- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound (FISCPS) is soliciting for various Aero Controlex remote actuator systems or equal. The systems required include: eight (8) each of part no. 2102020-01-0436; two (2) each of part no. 2102020-01-0496; and two (2) each of part no. 2102020-01-0376. Also needed are various miscellaneous supplies listed in the solicitation. Place of delivery is Travis Air Force Base in Travis, CA. Delivery required on or before 23 August 2004. The commercial solicitation will be issued on or about 26 July 2004 with a closing date of 2 August 2004. Per FAR 5.203(h), the solicitation closing date has been reduced to 11 days from this announcement. When issued, the RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil. All offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to joshua_c_carter@puget.fisc.navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from the NECO website. Please do not call with questions regarding the posting of the solicitation on NECO until after the posting date, 26 July 2004. This office will maintain no bidder list. No paper copies of the RFQ / amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your quote nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same. To be procured using commercial Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (22-JUL-2004).
