- Note 22 applies. The Government intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Allegiance Software for their Television Traffic and Corporate Support System v7.3; C/O v7.3 Software; one year of software support and upgrades, 5 GUI licenses, custom interface to Sundance Automation system, and installation and training in support of the Armed Forces Network NewsCenter and the Pentagon Channel. Proposed system must interface with existing systems and software already in place, including Sundance Automation systems. Allegiance Software is the only known source with this capabiltity. However, all other responsible interested sources are invited to submit proposals.
