Description

Secretary in the Office of Director, Integrated Support Services. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Transcribing, organizing, typing, maintaining personnel files; preparing spreadsheets; assembling information to be used by the Director for reports or responses; assisting with scheduling meetings and maintaining the daily calendar; answering phones and inquires in the Directorate Office; serves as a confidential assistant to the Director. Skills and Abilitiles: Must know and use correct grammar, spelling, capitalization and punctuation. Must be able to work independently. Schedule: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Hours to be determined by the COTR. Proper Business Attire is required. Start date to be determined by the COTR
