Description

Subject to final approval, The Department of the Treasury, Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration, through the Bureau Of The Public Debt intends to acquire on a sole-source basis through Adaptive Digital Systems, 2442 DuPont Dr., Irvine, CA 92612, Upgrade to proprietary manufacturer hardware and software. Upgrade of FLEX8 to FLEX8B AND HAWKS TO HAWKS4, Upgrade existing HAWKS memory, Upgrade HAWK Kit with ?BUTTON HOLE? Camera, and with ?PIN HOLE? Camera. The listed products are exclusive designs and are only manufactured, advertised and distributed by ADS. No solicitation document is available. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 2:00 p.m., EDT on September 9, 2004. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the required item or functional equivalent at terms more advantageous to the Government. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered as an affirmative response. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole-source award to Adaptive Digital Systems. Telephonic inquires will not be accepted.
