- Description
- Notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Summit Group of Oklahoma, Enid, OK, for the maintenance and repair service of the Vadose Zone Monitoring System installed at the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, Fuel Depot located on Point Loma. The service is to provide for regulatory underground storage tank leak detection monitoring to comply with Title 23, division 3, Chapter 16, Health & Safety code, Chapter 6.7, and California Water Resources Control Board LG-113-9. Contractor must be certified and registered with the State of California in accordance with the above regulations. Summit Group is the only known source that meets the required qualifications. The required services include the following: Preventative Maintenance, qty 12 mos; Quarterly service, includes worked performed during monthly service plus calibration and associated services required quarterly, qty 4 ea; On-call services, T & M non-scheduled, emergency service on an as! required basis, qty 1 group. Services shall be in accordance with the statement of work to be provided herein. Period of performance is 01 Oct 04 thru 30 Sep 05. FOB destination San Diego, CA. Firm-fixed-price contract anticipated. Anticipated award date is 15 Sep 04. See note 22.
