- FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to solicit on a sole source commercial items basis per FAR part 12, pursuant to FAR part 6.302-1, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR part 13 with the MTA Bridge and Tunnel Authority of New York for 189 E-Z Passes to be used by the Navy Recruiting District, NY for transit of bridges and tunnels in the New York City area. The period of performance for this sole source requirement will be from 1 Oct 04 through 30 Sept 05. The NACIS # is 926120 and note 22 will also apply to this acquisition effort. A copy of the RFQ will be posted upon its release to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil.
