- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for Fifty (50) each 20-inch Flat Panel Display monitors (20.1 inch AMLCD, 19 inch Rack mount) for the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons System Control System (TTWCS). Displays must meet the following criteria: Vibration: MIL-STD-167-1, Type A. Shock: MIL-S-901D, Grade A, Class 1, Type A. Display Resolution: 1280 x 1024. Display Colors: 16 bit color. Viewing Size: 20-inch diagonal viewing area. Operating system/processor: must function with the HP 744 Processor. Additional Program requirements: EMI: MIL-STD-461 CE-101, CE-102, RE-102, CS-101, RS-103 @ 10 v/m, 10 KHz-1 GHz (CE-101 limit may be relaxed by 6db). Temperature: Operating: (Sea level) 32 degrees F to +122 degrees F, Storage: -13 degrees F to +160 degrees F. Humidity: Operating: 5 to 95% RH non-condensing. Overall size: Must mount on ATDC with maximum protrusion of 3.62 inches and fit into the ATDC opening that is 15 inches high. The use of ada! pter bars is acceptable. Maximum height: 15.75 panel mounting height (EIA 310 19-inch Standard Rack mounting 9U). Maximum Width: 19 inches (EIA 310 19-inch Standard Rack mounting). The required delivery date is 90 days after date of award. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center- Keyport, 610 Dowell Street, Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Destination. This procurement is 100% small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 334119 and a size standard of 100 employees. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued by 9/08/04. The closing date of the solicitation will be 9/22/04, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12 commercial acquisition procedures. When issued, the Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link: www.neco.navy.mil and on the Keyport Acquisition homepage at http://kpt-eco.kpt.n! uwc.navy.mil . Offerors wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and monitoring the sites for amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An e-mail request to BrittonJFkpt.nuwc.navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from the NECO or Keyport websites. The offeror must have a current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database ( http://www.ccr.gov ). Questions should be submitted in writing via the facsimile number provided above or e-mailed to: BrittonJF@kpt.nuwc.navy.mil . No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ / amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same.
