- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City, FL intends to procure on sole source basis commercially available modeling software from Multigen-Paradigm, Inc. of Plano Texas. MultiGen-Paradigm is the only company that can provide these products since they are the developer and owner of the Vega and Creator proprietary software. The MultiGen-Paradigm products, Vega and Creator and their associated specialized option modules are used by the NSWC-PC Modeling and Simulation Office for development of real time visualizations and models as part of the high-end computational graphics capability. These software products and support will provide the 3-D Modeling and Visualization Component to the Computational Graphics system and ensure 100% backward compatibility with previously produced visualization and modeling products generated at NSWC-PC.
