- 17. Description (Enter a clear and concise description of the action) (Pre-Award Only) Purchasing approximately 205 Kits for retrofit incorporation. Each kit will include the following three upgrades to the T45 generator: Terminal Filters - new terminal cover deisgn and additonal filter components, Bearings - impoved design for longer life bearings, and Drive Spindle - new design and development for drive spindles with improved materials and configurations to reduce wear and vibration.
