- DESCRIPTION: Repair ten (10) each, main engine cylinder heads, (OEM, Fairbanks Morse) Period of performance 08 - 15 Nov 2004. Offerors shall include all applicable shipping charges F.O.B. destination, MSC BATS, 9284 Balboa Ave., San Diego, CA 92123. This is an unrestricted requirement. Only written (fax or e-mail) requests and/or clarification questions will be accepted; phone requests and/or clarification questions will not be honored. Offers are due not later than 10:00 A.M., 30 September 2004. Faxed offers, and e-mailed offers in either Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat file format are acceptable.
