- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. A written solicitation WILL be issued on the ASFI webpage at h ttps://acquisition.army.mil The requirement will be for a Not to Exceed quantity of 1150 Linear Actuators with a possible 100% quantity option, Manufacturer: Nook Industries, Cleveland, OH. Model: CCHD-8570 No manufacturer/model substitute will be accept ed. Actual quantity ordered may be less than 1150, so any quantity price breaks need to be acknowledged. All offerers must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award. You may register at www.ccr.gov Se e issued solicitation for all other terms and conditions.
