Description

The Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and Cooperation (DASA(DE&C)) has a requirement for Contracted Advisory and Assistance Services (CAAS), to provide management oversight of the Armys export activities, the Army's security cooperation program and oversight for specific policy implementation. Potential offerors should address (i) past performance, (ii) quality of services to be performed (corporate knowledge and experience), (iii) price, (iv) technical capacity, and (v) ext ent of participation of small disadvantaged business concerns in performance of contract. The solicitation may be viewed and downloaded at the DCC-W website at http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/RFP1.asp. Solicitation responses should be forwarded to Clif Kelly, Contract Specialist, with Defense Contract Command-Washington, at e-mail banks.kelly@hqda.army.mil. Phone calls will not be accepted.
